This website is a creation fuelled by my interest in programming, whilst it can be productive to have a web presence i'm more interested in how things work, not so much about the content but the behind the scenes code..although technically we call HTML 'markup'.
I started initially with Python then moved to VB.NET with visual studio but very frustratingly they kind of fell by the wayside, not through lack of determination but the lack of a tangible project, It's difficult trying to learn how to programme without anything to programme!
It was suggested to me that a website was a good place to start, my day job provided most of the potential content, so I purchased a book and made a start. book ...and here we are.
